Get to Know About Aggro
In video games, “aggro” is a term used to describe when a non-player character (NPC), like a monster, notices and starts to attack a player. This usually happens in role-playing games where enemies are visible on the screen. When you get too close or do something to attract their attention, they become aggressive towards you.
Understanding aggro is important because it helps you plan your actions in the game. For example, if you know that making too much noise will attract enemies, you might choose to move quietly. Managing aggro can be the difference between winning and losing a battle.
Some games have characters called “tanks” whose job is to attract aggro on purpose. They do this to protect other players by keeping the enemies focused on them. This teamwork makes the game more strategic and fun.
