Gunblood is a classic western shooting game where you participate in intense duels against various gunslingers. With nine different opponents to face, each round becomes more difficult as the enemies get faster and more accurate. You must aim carefully and shoot before your opponent does, while also trying to avoid getting hit yourself.

The game features simple controls: you use your mouse to aim and shoot. In between duels, there are bonus rounds where you shoot targets like bottles or birds, which help you improve your accuracy. However, in these bonus stages, you must be careful not to shoot your assistant, adding a fun challenge to the gameplay.
